Sean is an experienced choral director who strives to help singers perform to their maximum potential. His choirs often break the stereotypical choral archetype, experimenting with a diverse range of performance styles and formats, whilst performing music that spans the middle ages to the present day. 

Sean currently holds the positions of Director of Music for Quire Voices, a chamber choir based in Windsor; Musical Director for Spelthorne Choral Society, based in Staines-upon-Thames; Musical Director for West Sussex Philharmonic Choir, based in Horsham; Musical Director for the multi-award winning Royal Harmonics, the Windsor-based barbershop chorus; Chorus Director of the Knights of Harmony, the barbershop chorus based in Chesham; and Assistant Director of Music at The Royal Chapel of All Saints, Windsor Great Park.
